Job Profile: Sales Associate
Location: Operations
Reports To: Store Manager/Assistant Manager
To be successful at this job, you need to be able to do 3 things:
- Show up for your shifts
- Be kind to customers
- Know how to count money
Primary Accountabilities
In addition to following The Cookie Place, Inc.'s policies and procedures, principle accountabilities are, but are not limited to:
- Serve guests and create a positive experience.
- Operate a register accurately.
- Decorate cookies and cakes
- Ensure cleanliness of the store
- Make sure product is stocked at all times
- Oversee all cash handling procedures in the store including making deposits.
- Operate an oven
- Ensures that all Company policies and procedures are followed.
Position Specifications
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good verbal communication.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Attention to detail.
- Must be a team player.
- Must be 16 years of age for associate and 18 for Key Holder
