Job Summary
We are looking for an amazing, data-driven Inbound Marketer/HubSpot Ninja to own the majority of the marketing funnel for FieldClock through the eyes of a farmer. You will be in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads, and nurturing those leads to close into customers, the latter of which sales leadership will help you accomplish. The ideal candidate will have grown up on (or worked on) a farm and thrive in a dynamic environment that requires creative solutions and teamwork. You will directly report to the VP of Revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our website, blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.
  • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content
  • Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, SEO, and tradeshows
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers
  • Occasionally travel to see farm operations first-hand and tradeshows
Requirements
  • 1-5 years marketing experience, preferably demand generation focused
  • HubSpot expert user
  • Experience or exposure to agriculture
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
  • Proficiency in HubSpot marketing automation in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers
  • Willing and able to travel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
