Fried Pie maker

The Original Pie Shop has been making fried pies for over a 100 years. We pride ourselves in bringing you a tasty homemade treat. Whether you are in the mood for big tangy chunks of fruit or savory cream pies, all our fried pies come with a delicate flaky crust and fillings made from scratch.

• Big Jake's BBQ is looking for a pie maker. This person will come in daily and make our fried pies from scratch.
• Typical work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday 8am-3pm.

General Duties for Team Members, but Not Limited to:

• Interact with guests and team members in a friendly way
• Follow Big Jake's processes accurately and efficiently
• Show up on time and in the correct uniform
• Maintain proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards
• Open to varied work schedules and hours depending on restaurant’s needs
• Be part of the Team and Have FUN!

Minimum Qualifications for Team Members

• All team members will need a food handlers' permit

Must be able to:

• Stand for 8 hours
• Use fine hand motor skills for extended periods
• Multitask
• Bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels
• Lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds
• Follow instructions and perform duties accurately and efficiently
• Have effective hearing for accurate communication
