Wiers is a fast-growing company that operates International Truck Dealerships and Fleet Partners Service Centers in Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Colorado, Texas, Michigan, and Wisconsin.

Established in 1964, Wiers maintains and repairs class 3-8 vehicles including commercial vans, super-duty trucks, straight trucks, tractors, and trailers. Responsibilities and Skills:

• Assists in performing cost estimates and develops a proper repair plan for each vehicle.
• Inspects and repairs bodies of vehicles to factory or customer specifications.
• Properly prepares surfaces for paint and install components for fit and finish.
• Seal replacement
• Slide-out repair
• Floor replacement/repair
• Leak Testing
• Interior Replacement (cabinets, appliances, etc.)
• Rubber roof repairs and replacement
• Power and manual awning repair and replacement
• Insurance repairs on trailers and motorhomes

• Self-starters with attention to detail - You do the right things, right.
• High level of professionalism and integrity - You are reliable.
• Saturday rotation when applicable - some OT.

Qualification:

Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License (CDL Preferred)
• 3 years of previous Body Shop Technician Experience Preferred.
• I-CAR certification preferred.
