Fitch Construction is a full-service Home Improvement and Design company offering America’s most trusted home product brands. The Sales Pro will sell company sunrooms, kitchen, bath, finished basement additions, and other Fitch offerings. Prior to your first interaction with prospective customers, 75% of the legwork has been done for you. We have a very rigorous pre-qualification process that ensures we are putting our Sales Pro's in the best possible position to succeed. We ask you to learn our primary product lines, stay true to your training and deliver a proven sales presentation to consumers that truly need what you offer.

Major Goals & Responsibilities:

• Deliver interactive sales presentations of products and services to decision makers
• Participate in ongoing sales training on a regular basis
• Team building and mentorship
• 80% of time - Conduct professional sales presentations with customers. Prepare for appointments, commute to/from appointments. Complete assessment of customers’ needs while at their home.
• 20% of time - Office based administration, process sales-related paperwork. including: inputting work orders, interacting with CRM to organize follow up with potential clients.

Qualifications:

• Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to speak publicly with confidence
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• 3-5 years of in-home sales experience in HOME IMPROVEMENTIndustry

The right candidate will have:

• A positive "Want To Win" attitude!
• In-home sales experience, a background in home improvement, window/siding/roofing, or previous work experience in home improvement industries
• Proven ability to prospect, build, and maintain key customer relationships
• Proven ability to negotiate and close sales
• Industry knowledge of design and home products and services
• Demonstrated ability to accurately measure and mathematically compute sizes, square footage, lengths, and heights

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (B. A. / B. S.) from four-year college or university; or four or more years related experience and/or training in selling and design; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, 20/20 Design, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Basement Vision.

Compensation:Commission based compensation, that has the potential to earn up to $80,000-$150,000+ a year!

Salary: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
