Job Summary:
The Chrysler Service Manager at Tilleman Motor Company in HAVRE, Montana is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the service department. This is a full-time position in the auto industry and will require the individual to have a strong technical background and excellent customer service skills. The Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and managing a team of technicians to efficiently and effectively complete automotive repairs and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow management.

2.Ensures that all service technicians are properly trained and equipped to perform their job duties

3. Monitor and maintain the repair and maintenance schedules for all vehicles.

4. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction with service provided.

5. Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed.

6. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of service.

7. Manage inventory and ordering of parts and supplies for the service department.

8. Handle and resolve any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

9. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advances in automotive technology.

11.  Work Closely with Service advisors, supporting, training and working with the advisors on warranty and extended warranty.


Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in the automotive industry .

2. High School diploma or equivalent, with technical training or certification preferred.

3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.

4.  Excellent communication and customer service skills.

5.  Proficiency in computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office and automotive service programs.

6.  Knowledge of automotive vehicles and their maintenance and repair procedures.

7.  Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.

8.  Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.

10. Must be able to pass Drug, Background and driving record check.
