Shop Foreman with Welding Experience

Looking for someone who is reliable and ready to work!

We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Mig Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for welding and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Operate Mig Welder equipment to produce high-quality welds on a variety of materials including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding codes to determine the correct welding techniques and processes.
• Ensure that all welding work meets industry standards for quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Inspect and maintain welding equipment, tools, and accessories to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubrication, and inspection of equipment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mig Welder with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding codes.
• Knowledge of welding techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Certification in Mig Welding is an added advantage.
• Must know how to operate Forklift
