We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as an IT Consulting Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring batch job execution using Redwood's Tidal Automation software, as well as monitoring RPA bot execution using UiPath's Orchestrator software. You will also provide information and support to customers regarding their batch job and/or RPA bot executions.

As an IT Consulting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in proactively monitoring the production environment and notifying the appropriate support staff and customers when problems arise that might impact completion of scheduled jobs. Additionally, you will assist the Production Control Operations Scheduler and Architect with projects as they arise, including participating in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule.

To qualify for this position, you must be legally authorized to work in the United States and possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Attention to detail and accuracy is a must, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. A working knowledge of basic PC skills, such as email, word processing, and spreadsheets, is required.

Preferred qualifications for this role include knowledge of Tidal Automation software and UiPath's Orchestrator software, as well as an associate's degree or higher. Additionally, candidates with 3+ years of experience within Information Technology, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment will be given preference. Familiarity with ServiceNow is also a plus.
