Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a prominent manufacturer in Greensboro is searching for an Initiatives Coordinator to maintain and execute their quality and safety programs. At this cllient, we provide our furniture seating customers with innovative solutions, consistent performance, and impeccable service. Our chair webbing and elastomeric fabrics for office furniture as well as our seating suspension technologies continue to contribute to our customers' growth.
As an Initiatives Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to be involved with all phases of the business, Safety, Quality Control, Inventory, Manufacturing and have communication with the entire staff. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by acting act as the backbone for Quality and Safety. The team you will be working with is collaborative, innovative, and values challenging work while empowering and supporting each other to reach their full potential.

So, what will you be doing as an Initiatives Coordinator?
· Owner & executioner of their Quality program
· Maintain documentation within their Quality Program
· Serve as Lead Auditor of their Quality Program
· Complete an audit schedule and drive the audits for their Quality Program
· Owner & executioner of their Safety Programs and the associated documentation
· Drives the Safety team: recruit members, create agendas’ & arrange meeting, accident investigations and general awareness.
· Perform Cycle Counts
· Help maintain inventory control.
· Other duties as assigned.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
· At least two years of experience working with a quality control program, or ISO document control.
· At least two years of experience being involved with a safety program
· Experience successfully managing multiple requests routinely
· Experience gathering, synthesizing and communicating internal information
· Ability to create and deliver presentations
· Problem-solving skills
· Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
· Ability to create processes that integrate product-related information across multiple functions of the unit
