The primary focus is to champion integration projects with different workstreams (Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Operations, IT, HR) post-acquisition of a new clinical application business.

Define, plan and manage all project management related activities that are part of the Integration Portfolio; coordinate with external teams (hardware and software vendors), internal teams (Business owners/Product Management, Infrastructure Engineering, Data Center Operations, Networking, Security and Production Support) as well as with other project managers to ensure that fully functional products and supporting secure infrastructure is brought on line/enhanced to meet the timelines of dependent projects; Develop and maintain a professional level of knowledge regarding the products, services, and related infrastructure deployment of the Company to have a business context for making decisions.

Develop executive level presentations on cross-functional project updates with intersecting workstreams and be able to articulate risks and mitigation plans.

Drive the optimization of the existing PM methodology within an Agile environment.

Manage projects by defining scope, schedules, deliverables and risk plans.

Focus on regular and timely delivery of value; Organize and lead project status, prepare and distribute progress reports and correct deviations from plans; Improve and maintain up-to-date organizational process assets, including templates, to ensure that processes are thoroughly documented and followed. Support Project Management Office to rollout tactical improvements and project management best practices for both Agile and Waterfall; Develop project teams by holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work; and Manage interdependencies, leverage organizational resources to improve capacity for program work; coordinate with resource managers to insure appropriate levels of resource utilization across projects.

Maintain compliance with clients policies, procedures and mission statement; Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within clients Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position; and Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by client for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Employer.

Skills

Minimum of 8 years of experience managing mid-to large-scale infrastructure and software development projects.

Strong Product GTM knowledge for existing and new product services

• Ability to work across business units through executive leadership to champion change and effective business outcomes

• Scrum Agile/SAFe experience is preferred;

• Experience and/or certification relating to business system integration (data management, server changes)

• Strong leadership skills; steward change through the department as necessary focusing on a collaborative approach and buy-in with the constituents;

• Proven ability to initiate and drive projects through to completion;

• Confidence and ability to influence and written team members and business partners toward common goals;

• Must possess superior oral and written communication skills in order to clearly and effectively convey issues, reports, and other deliverables;

• Ability to interface comfortably with the senior leaders to develop an understanding of needs. Must be responsive, action-oriented, and able to build trust with various stakeholders;

• Project Management skills: project initiation, project plan creation, resource allocation, time/schedule management, risk management, budget tracking, prioritization, status; and

• Proven success in delivering projects in a fast-paced, matrix resource organization.

Keywords

Education • BA/BS Degree or equivalent is preferred;

• PMP certification, or equivalent, is highly desired;

• PMI-ACP certification, or equivalent, is a plus.
