Professional cleaners specialize in cleaning commercial buildings such as banks, factories, and office buildings. They are typically responsible for sanitizing spaces, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash cans, vacuuming and more. They may also be tasked with restocking products and cleaning windows. Professional cleaners use problem-solving skills and attention to detail to handle unexpected problems that arise on the job and report any “reportable” promptly to your manager. Professional cleaners should be skilled in cleaning in various situations and locations, and they should be physically fit enough to move heavy objects if necessary. The professional cleaner will be aware of the contents of their green folder and its location and be responsible for notifying management when forms need to be replaced/updated. The professional cleaner will also be aware of monthly audits and the results of those audits to enable better job performance. Professional Cleaners are required to be ready to report to work for the stand-up meeting if your location has one. Professional Cleaners will be required to participate in quarterly meetings as well as all training opportunities that arise.
