Office Manager

Our Company is a leader in the egg Industry. We market to major grocery stores all over Texas as well as across the country. 

Office Manager Job Responsibilities:

• Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
• Assisting with payroll, inventory, month end process, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
• Maintains office efficiency by planning, training, and recruiting .
• Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing reports;
• Maintains office staff job results by coaching, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Office Manager Qualifications / Skills:
• Experience with Sage X3 would be a plus 
• Excellent computer skills -Excel, Word, Adobe , Outlook ,Sage 3x
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus 
• Organized and Detailed 
• Inventory and month end processes 
• Reporting skills

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• Associates Degree preferred
• 3 to 5 years experience or combination of education and experience
