Automatic Booth Operator (night shift)

JOB SUMMARY:

As the Automatic Booth Operator, you will be responsible for the layout, abrasive blasting, and detailing of monumental stones in accordance with design and production ticket specifications.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

· Verifying order details; reading production tickets

· Using the overhead crane to move granite stone to the automatic blasting conveyor

· Inspecting granite for defects before and after each step of the process

· Applying rubber stencil to the stone using glue and brushes

· Matching and coordinating stencils to the appropriate stones

· Mixing lithochrome, shadow, and highlight paints as needed

· Cross-training in other positions as needed

· Troubleshooting and resolving minor equipment issues as needed

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:

· Who has strong attention to detail

· Excellent problem-solving skills

· The ability to read a tape measure; both imperial and metric

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

· Stands for the entire shift

· Repetitive lifting, carrying, walking, pushing, pulling

· Lifts up to 30 lbs. or more

· Wears protective safety shoes, glasses, hearing protection, and whatever the job requires
