Painter

Job Overview: We are seeking experienced subcontractor painters to join our team. We are passionate about delivering exceptional interior and exterior painting services to our clients.

Duties:

- Completing painting projects according to client specifications and quality standards

- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers

- Complete walk-arounds with clients to ensure the project is up to standards

- Complete projects within specified deadlines

Requirements:

- WSIB Certificate

- Reliable transportation to and from projects

- Optional but not mandatory: picking up the paint from the paint store

- Ensuring equipment and tools are available to complete the project

- Ability to work comfortably at heights

Experience and Skills:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior and exterior painting

- Excellent communications and customer service skills

- Ability to maintain cleanliness and order in work environments

- Knowledge on various painting tools and techniques and spray painting methods

- Strong attention to detail and quality
