• Must be able to read and write English legibly.
• Computer literate.
• 6 + months experience.
• Must be punctual and dependable.
• Must possess good communication skills and be able to interact with all customers and employees.
• Must be very organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
• Must have FedEx and UPS experience
• Must be familiar with procedures
• Must be able to document all, prepare outgoing shipments
• Must know how to operate EPJ, Stand up Reach Forklift. Operating warehouse equipment: Using scales or conveyor belts
• Organizing inventory: Making inventory easy to retrieve for new orders
• Reviewing shipment schedules: Maintaining productive operations
• Documenting inventory damage: Noting any signs of damage
• Scheduling shipments: Planning loads around standard departure times
• Preparing paperwork: Creating invoices and purchase orders
• Packaging items
• Tracking shipment status: Keeping track of shipments and ensuring they are packed correctly
• Troubleshooting shipping issues: Dealing with any problems that may arise
