Bilingual Onsite Representative

The schedule is 8-5 Monday - Friday; this position is eligible for a performance-based hybrid work model.

BILINGUAL ONSITE REPRESENTATIVE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides translations for staff onsite as needed.
  • Works closely with client human resources staff.
  • Interviews, hires and places the most qualified temporary employees. Identifies temporary employees through recruiting and screening activities to create an inventory sufficient to meet current and future client demands.
  • Coordinates and schedules pre-employment drug testing, background checks and physicals as required by the client.
  • Fills and services client orders and communicates information on open orders to appropriate departments and management.
  • Conducts orientations and, if applicable, provides check-in support for temporary employees.
  • Completes timekeeping, wage deductions and payroll process of temporary employees for reporting to the Doherty Payroll Department.
  • Facilitates performance evaluations and exit interviews on the temporary staff; coaches and disciplines as appropriate.
  • Oversees the management of all systems and equipment at the on-site location. Ensures on-site equipment is kept in working order, replaced or repaired and that facilities reflect the highest professional standards.
  • Provides necessary and requested data/reports to client in a timely manner.
  • Maintains, manages and oversees the process for all necessary PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for temporary employees.
  • Monitors and communicates temporary employee legal issues, including illegal harassments, suspensions and non-business like conduct /behavior to DSS Headquarters and ccs manager.
  • Completes injury report and conducts accident investigations. Completes daily and/or weekly safety audits. Communicates appropriately to the Safety Department and ccs manager.

BILINGUAL ONSITE REPRESENTATIVE KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Spanish and English speaking proficiency
  • HS diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel.
  • Open-mindedness and adaptability to new situations. Can readily accept changes and new ideas.
  • Ability to gather information about a candidate’s qualifications by asking questions, uncovering limitations, and pressing for specifics in a way that is compliant with federal and state regulations
  • Must maintain working knowledge of employment laws

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Up to 5% travel to surrounding offices for training purposes.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
