We are full-service facilities maintenance company serving California, Washington, and Oregon to retailers, financial institutions, restaurants, and government agencies with complete facilities maintenance solutions. We are looking for qualified individuals to help our expansion into Washington and Oregon.
Summary:
This is a technical position performing maintenance and service for retail petroleum dispensing facilities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
o Perform repairs and maintenance on underground storage tanks and fuel system equipment.
o Perform repairs and maintenance on POS systems monitoring system
o equipment.
o Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, diagnostic and repair.
o Understanding and working knowledge of multiple hand and power tools.
o Proficiency in IT, networking, and PC abilities
o Strong, effective verbal and written communication skills needed to maintain
o paperwork, compliance, and inspector/regulator relationships.
o Maintain inventory, track, and manage warranty on parts.
o Maintain company vehicles, both mechanically and cosmetically.
o Ability to self-dispatch, prioritize, and schedule job responsibilities independently
o and efficiently.
o Ability to work alone in the field with limited directions.
o Ability to work on complex team projects.
o On-call rotation and emergency responder
o Understanding of other trades to hold vendors and contractors responsible.
Qualifications/ Requirements
o 3 years’ Service Station /Fueling Technician experience.
o Relevant trade certifications.
o A valid state driver’s license.
o Must be able to use mechanical equipment, including but not limited to motorized
o lifts and power tools.
o Must exhibit effective communication skills.
o A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail are required.
o Organization and prioritization skills.
o Time management skills.
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
o Ability to lift and/or carry up to 75 lbs.
o Class 1 Division 1 environment
o Confined Space entry
Desired Certifications:
o Maintenance Technician Experience
o Valid driver’s license
o HS Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
o Knowledge of safety practices and procedures
o Gilbarco Fueling System Preferred
o Wayne Fueling System Preferred
o Veeder- Root System Preferred
o Verifone Systems Preferred
o ICC certifications Preferred
