Case Manager/Receptionist

Seeking a highly-organized, motivated individual for a case manager/receptionist position.  Duties would include answering phones, client contact, customer service, ordering  police reports, crime grids, open records, dispositions, insurance declaration pages, medical records and billing, coordination of lien care and subrogation.  Must have an eye for detail, be able to multi-task and work independently without being micro-managed.   Must be comfrotable talking with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers and police departments.  Position is key to assisting four attorneys for pre-suit cases.  We have a work hard/play hard attitude and the right fit is key to this position.
