Quickbooks Bookkeeper - Part Time

Quality Chemical Company, a leading manufacturer is looking for a part QuickBooks Bookkeeper to enter checks, update bills, enter credit card payments in our QuickBooks Desktop Program.

I believe 2 days per week is all that is necessary to keep our records straight.

You will have to come to our office every Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30am - 4:30pm in our office in North Miami.

Requirements:

-Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures
- Proficient in using computerized QuickBooks Desktop accounting systems and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

-has own reliable transportation                                                                                                             
- Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Job Responsibilities

• Post checks using bank scanner.
• Post Credit Card payments using Bank America online virtual terminal.
• Post direct deposits. (Amazon, Ebay, Walmart and customer direct deposits)
• Process accounts receivable invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Perform with month-end closing activities.
• Assist with data entry and filing as needed.
