Title: E-Commerce Professional II

  • 12 people in this dept. All global & remote. 
  • 100% needs VLOOKUP experience in Excel & needs SAP experience working with transactions as a supplier (customer transactions) and processing those orders.  
  • Will be managing exceptions as orders come in, e.g, if an automated order comes through with a price or sku mismatch, or a comment, they'll identify and resolve to push the order through. Mentioned CXML integrations. 
  • They'll provide eCatalogs through a tool that marries the customer pricing with the content. 
  • Degree - Not required
  • Location: 100% remote - can sit any where in the US but must be flexible with their availability. Some customers are in UK, Australia. 
  • Interview: multi-step. Will meet with several team members, but will try to group them together so they're back to back.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitors for IDOCs and orders with block/hold and resolves so that the order can be filled 
  • Monitors web registrations and executes customer ST/BT mapping with ERP system 
  • Troubleshoots e-invoice failures and ensures that the invoice is received by the customer and that the root cause is addressed to ensure that future invoices are received electronically through the integration
  • Generates and provides e-catalogs to customers 
  • Acts with urgency solving for immediate customer needs including requests for help, questions, complaints, issues or task? requests leveraging customer facing CRM.
  • Proactively identifies issues that would otherwise impact the customer or customer transactions and fixes them
  • Troubleshoots with the customer, e-procurement marketplace technical support, internal IT teams to understand technical issues and address quickly with the customer
  • Acts with urgency solving for immediate customer needs including requests for help, questions, complaints, issues or task requests leveraging customer facing CRM

Skills:

  • 4+ years' experience with SAP ERP transactions (orders, invoices, order confirmations, shipment notifications) (As the supplier processing orders placed by customers, not as the buyer working with invoices from suppliers)
  • 5+ years' experience with B2B ecommerce transactions and processes
  • Must have experience working as a supplier to integrate customer organizations who are using eProcurement platforms (Ariba, Jaggaer, Coupa)
  • Customer facing issue resolution experience is required eCatalog generation and process management
  • Tools and systems experience:? Microsoft Office, SAP, SFDC commerce, SFDC CRM, Jira,
  • Committed to and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Professional, emotionally mature and ethical, strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a broad range of personality styles and types
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - clearly and accurately communicates pertinent information in own words with consideration to demonstrate understanding of customer requests and needs
