Cherry Picker Job Description:
An Equipment Operator must strive to safely and efficiently locate products and manually pull and transport products to various departments and/or locations by direction of the Internal Operating System and/or Radio Frequency (RF) unit.
This is a very physical, moderately noisy position.
This is a high volume and high-demand environment.
Cherry Picker Primary Responsibilities:
Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product by following standard operating procedures
Operate powered lift equipment to move products and materials as needed
Use Radio Frequency (RF) unit in combination with Internal Operating System to perform daily work
Meet minimum production and accuracy standards and delivery deadlines
Equipment Operator Requirements for Position:
Strong attention to detail, ability to learn Internal Operating System and operate Radio Frequency (RF) unit
Ability to work both independently and within a team, follow directions and change priorities or job duties as business needs require; rotate to other production functions as needed
Prior lift operator experience preferred but not required (on the job training!)
