Pick and Pack Associates - Medical Kit Assembly - Night Shift

AppleTree Staffing has partnered with a global leader on the west side of Indianapolis and is seeking Pick and Pack Associates!

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately picking/packing and preparing medical kits. The ideal candidate will have experience working well in a team environment. You will receive world-class one-on-one on the job training personalized to your learning style.

This is not your standard warehouse work or factory job. Our client is known globally and offers an EXTREMELY clean environment with internal growth opportunities. What you will do:

• Receive paid training and understand standard operating procedures and expectations
• Utilize an automated picking cell with storage bins
• Utilize light indicators on storage bins to know what products to pick
• Print labels and barcodes using a small printer
• Remove adhesive backing and apply barcodes to medical supplies
• Package small products into small boxes and send them down the assembly line
• Train and promote into desk-based roles if desired including quality control

Requirements:

• High attention to detail
• Good time management
• Positive team attitude
• Basic computer/data entry skills
• Ability to stand for 12 hours shift
• Impeccable attendance record and strong work history
• Clean criminal record and able to pass pre-employment drug screening
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License

Built-in overtime during the work week and additional overtime are available depending on production needs!
