Job Summary:

As a member of FitLab brand team, you will produce & oversee digital experiences that maintain brand consistency & increase engagement with a particular focus on email communications and social content. You have a passion for user experience & graphic design, a firm knowledge of best practices, and you make data driven decisions. As a digital platforms-focussed graphic designer, you will work closely with the Electric and FitLab teams to ensure brand consistency with all creative. You will work with E-commerce and Marketing partners to help develop and complete engaging campaigns. You are regularly bringing new ideas to the table and seeking to push the limits of creativity within the digital space.


Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to continuously elevate Electric's product messaging and visual style
  • Create on-brand content that is relevant, engaging, and distinctive
  • Conceptualize multiple creative solutions to address Digital and Social Media objectives and strategies
  • Develop and craft Design Performance Marketing Ads that live in Facebook, Instagram, Google Display, etc
  • Ideate and collaborate directly with the CMO, Copywriters, Photographers, etc
  • Responsible for taking digital design projects from ideation to completion
  • Design and build effective Email Marketing Campaigns
  • Design Website Landing Pages & new Site Experiences for both Mobile & Desktop
  • Design and execute digital assets in a timely manner in order to meet or exceed Company needs and/or timelines
  • Work cross-departmentally to align strategies and goals
  • Stay up to date with best practices for digital platforms
  • Complete other reasonable duties as assigned by management




  • Foster, support, and value diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace?
  • 3+ years experience in digitally-focussed design output
  • Experience with direct-to-consumer creative & messaging
  • Knowledge of web analytics to make data driven decisions
  • Knowledge of digital design software: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva
  • Experience with Klaviyo a plus
  • Video editing & motion graphics skills a plus
  • Passionate about design & delivering great results
  • Creative thinking, strong conceptual and graphic design skills
  • Confident in presenting new ideas to the team
  • Resourceful – Can identify problems/opportunities and work to solve them
  • Desire for both personal and professional growth
  • Open minded, team player that can work within teams for our brand's best interests

Compensation details: 70000-80000 Yearly Salary
