Application Support Analyst

Red River Commodities processes sunflowers and select other specialty crop agricultural products to create food ingredients. Introduction:

We are looking for a solution minded individual to join our IT Team as an Application Support Analyst. This is an opportunity for the right candidate to foster good relationships with our end user leadership teams, build technical solutions and design processes to fit business needs.

This role will be pivotal in the success of the organization as it works with leadership to devise road maps and deliver business capabilities aligned with the company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• User Support and Incident Management
  • Provide first and second level support for end users addressing ERP related issues and inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Log, track and prioritize support requests using our ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and follow through resolution.
• Application Monitoring
  • Monitor health and performance of applications. Proactively solve potential issues.
  • Collaborate with internal and vendor teams for improved stability.
• Documentation
  • Create and maintain documentation for common issues, troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with process improvement team to update and maintain knowledge base articles to empower end users with self service options.
  • Owner of the knowledge base and procedures.
• Collaboration
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams including Process Improvement, end users and vendors to ensure seamless application support.
  • Participate in testing enhancements and updates.
• Implement Improvements
  • Suggest and create process improvements using a variety of different resources such as Microsoft Platforms or ITSM tools.

Required Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in Information Technology, Business or related experience.
• Experience in with Microsoft platforms such as but not limited to Share Point, Business Central or Power Platform.
• 1 -3 years of experience managing and maintaining ERP systems.

• Experience with Microsoft suite.

• Experience with Power Platform or other low code platforms.
• Keen attention to detail
• Good organization, time management and prioritization
• Customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a manufacturing or food ingredients/consumption industry.
