Responsibilities:

We will train you to understand our processes and procedures to be successful in the Engineer Sherpa – Level III.  You bring the traits and skills, and we will train you on the processes and systems for peak success.


Must-have HARD skills:

  • Advanced business communication
  • Administer Active Directory, Azure AD, O365, Network security product
  • Enterprise network troubleshooting (switches, routers, IP addressing, Firewalls, Commercial ISP routing)
  • Server Hardware (hardware upgrades, Firmware and driver updates, Remote access control troubleshooting)
  • Advanced computer troubleshooting (Internet browsers, domain infrastructure, peripheral connectivity, hardware maintenance)
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office suite and cloud implementations 
  • Public DNS and Public certificate administration
  • Advanced Hardware and software deployment skills
  • Research, design & implement new IT infrastructure while maintaining & supporting existing client infrastructure
  • Coordinate, implement, & adjust projects to deliver expected outcomes
  • Liaison with Business Development & Client Stakeholder

Minimum Qualifications

  • Background in business technology
  • 5+ years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Required One or more of the following industry standard certifications: CCNA, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network +, CompTIA Security+, MCP, MCSA, MCTS, AZ-900, MS-900, MD-101, AZ-104

  • Reliable transportation with ability to transport equipment 50 mile radius of Wilmington, DE
  • Ability to lift 40+ lbs.

Preferred Qualifications/Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university
  • Fundamentals of ConnectWise Manage or similar ticketing system
  • Additional industry standard qualifications
  • Office 365 configuration and administration
  • Azure configuration and administration
