Quality Assurance Manager - Full-time

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team and play a key role in ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implementation and Management of Quality Practices:
   1. Develop, implement, and manage practices to ensure that products and processes adhere to specifications and standards.
   2. Conduct internal quality audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality requirements.

1. Cross-Functional Lean Projects:
   1. Lead cross-functional lean projects aimed at standardizing, stabilizing, and simplifying the production process.
   2. Drive lean implementation to enhance operations and improve business processes across multiple facilities.

1. Quality Systems Management:
   1. Manage the company's quality systems, providing leadership and direction to senior management and the organization.
   2. Coordinate, prepare, and lead the organization in obtaining and maintaining Quality-related certifications.

1. Continuous Improvement:
   1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in quality processes.
   2. Implement best practices to enhance overall product quality and process efficiency.

1. Training and Development:
   1. Provide training to employees on quality standards, processes, and procedures.
   2. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the quality department.

1. Data Analysis and Reporting:
   1. Analyze quality data to identify trends, areas of concern, and opportunities for improvement.
   2. Prepare and present reports to senior management on the performance of quality systems.

1. Supplier Quality Management:
   1. Collaborate with suppliers to establish and maintain quality standards for incoming materials.
   2. Conduct regular assessments and audits of suppliers to ensure adherence to quality requirements.

1. Customer Satisfaction:
   1. Monitor and address customer feedback related to product quality.
   2. Implement corrective actions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, business administration or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in quality management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, regulations, and certifications.
• Experience with lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
