Progressive Care Unit - Registered Nurse - Full-time

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of role experience is required.

• 24 months of Progressive Care Unit experience is required.

• 3 months of experience with Meditech is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license in hand at the time of application.

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.

Additional Details:

2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN A HOPSITAL SETTING REQUIRED

Must have:
PCU experience Knowledge of cardiac rhythms and surgical patients Chest tube management, epidurals

Floating Area(s): ICU taking PCU type patients, PCU, Med-surg (taking 5 patients)

Scrub Color/Attire – Navy or white, can mix or match

Every other weekend or 4 weekend shifts

Patients, post-surgical patients to include open heart, lung patients, general surgery patients, post op orthopedic patients that require cardiac monitoring.

This is an “Auto Offer” position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be facilitated upon request. This request should be made upon submission.
