Summary
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the clinical assessment and tracking of stroke quality indicators for the Brain & Spine Institute stroke program. Assists Stroke Coordinator in planning and implementing education activities for internal and external provider groups. Assists in the coordination and provision of comprehensive education pertaining to stroke intervention, prevention and rehabilitation for inpatients and community Participates in committee meetings requiring stroke representation throughout the hospital
REQUIREMENTS:
- RN, BSN; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; BSN's from CCNE accredited schools
- Minimum 3 years of experience. Required.
