Data Entry Specialist

Title: Remarketing Coordinator Location: Lewisville, TX (Hybrid) The Remarketing Coordinator will support the Vehicle Remarketing function within our organization, managing the workflow as it relates to vehicle reselling and auctioning procedures. Ideal candidate will be able to work independently, be a self-starter, and have strong attention to details. Remarketing Coordinators will need to be comfortable making multiple outbound phone calls per day, verifying vehicle titles and documentation. General job duties linclude: Placing outbound phone calls to verify ownership Collecting and researching current licenses Completing necessary due diligence on ownership Organizing existing data and updating customer information in a database Searching for and investigating information contained in files Inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents Operating common office equipment, like photo scanners and printers Providing data entry support across departments on an ad-hoc basis and in special projects, as well as providing occasional administrative support Job Requirements: 2+ years of relevant Administrative, Operational, or Customer Service experience; experience in vehicle remarketing/auctioning, auto finance, or title documentation management preferred Strong data entry skills with strong attention to detail Strong communication skills via telephone and email Experience with Excel for basic data entry and Outlook
