We are looking for a: Community Liaison General Summary: We are seeking a Community Liaison. This position will be responsible for serving as the main point of contact for applicants regarding visa-related inquiries. The Community Liaison will also be coordinating logistics for marketing events as well as organizing and reviewing visa applications. Required Skills: Ability to function effectively in a face-paced, high-volume environment with multiple priorities. Effective communication and teamwork Ability to display active networking and community outreach skills. Bilingual in Spanish and English is required. Responsibilities: Event Support: Plan and attend marketing events such as trade shows and conferences, assisting in pre- and post-event tasks. Visa Application Processing: Collect and review visa applications, ensuring its completion and accuracy. Work with paralegal to gather necessary documentation. Record Keeping and Reporting: Organize and maintain records of all applications, ensuring proper safety and legal protocols. Report such data to leadership. Community Outreach: Reach out to churches and community members to discuss Visa Program, hosting information sessions and providing details on visa processes and any updates to relevant parties. Benefits: Full time. Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. This position may involve occasional overtime or work during non-standard business hours as needed.
