Job Summary: The Plant Controller will be the finance lead for the Business Manager and will provide financial analysis which supports strategic choices to improve the profitability of the business. The day-to-day activities will involve planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities. This includes direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning and cost accounting. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the Business Manager and management to drive unit performance in achieving budgeted and forecasted financial metrics Take a direct role and oversee all aspects of the finance and accounting functions of the organization. Self-perform many critical tasks.
