A-Line Staffing is now hiring Employee Relations Investigator. This position is remote. The Employee Relations Investigator would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. If you are interested in this Employee Relations Investigator position, please apply to this posting Employee Relations Investigator Compensation The pay for this position is $43.27 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Employee Relations Investigator Highlights This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs The required availability for this position is 8-hour workday. Time of day may fluctuate based on business need. Employee Relations Investigator Responsibilities Investigate workplace complaints with a focus on cases of alleged discrimination, retaliation, harassment, workplace violence along with wage & hour. Assignment of 1-3 cases per business day. Manage an average caseload of 30-40 active investigations, working both autonomously and collaboratively with other investigators. Daily interactions with other investigators & employee relations advisors to thought partner and collaborate on related cases Regular communication with lead director to advise on progression of cases. Responsible for creating individualized investigation plans, interviewing colleagues, reviewing CCTV footage, analyzing internal company documents such as policies, payroll, corrective actions, expense reports and timecards. Responsible for maintaining electronic documentation of casework in the Salesforce case management system using provided templates. Employee Relations Investigator Requirements 5+ years of Employee Relations investigations experience. Must have Salesforce and/or Service Now experience. Must be proficient with electronic note-taking and recordkeeping. Handwritten notes and documentation are not encouraged or approved practices. Must be available to work an eight-hour workday – time of day may fluctuate based on business need.
