Position Details:
Client: Fortune 500 (Banking / Financial Giant)
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Duration: 03 months (With possible Extension)
Location: West Des Mines, IA(Onsite)
Shift: Mon - Fri (08:00AM To 05:00PM)
Pay Range: $18-19.00/Hr.
Job Responsibilities:
Support Customer Service by proactively seeking ways to improve processes
Perform moderately complex customer support tasks
Receive direction from a supervisor and escalate non-routine questions
Interact with client personnel on a range of information
Education Qualification:
2+ years of Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center support experience
