General Summary of Associate Responsibility:
To support and assist all aspects of the community operations, while reporting to and acting under the direction of the Service Supervisor & Community Manager
Knowledge / Skills / Ability:
Ability to evaluate and fulfill community common area and amenity needs, attention to detail and dedication to maintain the community
Ability to independently establish priorities, manages time effectively, and fulfills assigned objectives and project
Ability to respond to and resolve unexpected problems and handle priority changes in a fast-moving, fluid environment
Demonstrated proficiency in internet use and apps
Good verbal and written communication skills, strong organization skills, and ability to work well with onsite staff, customers, supervisors, corporate office associates and vendors
Must be able to effectively communicate, comprehend, speak, and read in English. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
Preferred Education and Experience:
A high school diploma or equivalent and professional knowledge of business discipline are required
Must be available for emergency calls on nights and weekends as needed
Ability to follow detailed oral/written instructions
Deliver SUPERIOR Customer service
Ability to track and inventory material and parts
Responsibilities:
Keeping the grounds and common areas clean at all times
Provide assistance by performing general maintenance duties in common areas
Complete the make-ready process in vacant units to prepare for leasing and move-ins and schedule vendors and contractors as needed
Handles “on call" duties whenever needed
Assist with timely completion of occupied apartment service requests in accordance with predefined company and property standards
Responsible for all aspects of maintenance of the property, including resident satisfaction and contribution to property occupancy goals
Participates in preventive maintenance programs and ongoing maintenance and repair of all mechanical systems of the property, to preserve and maintain the asset
Other duties as assigned
Community Inspections and Quality Assurance Review
Assist and report on inspections and quality assurance review results
