Senior Tech Project Manager Charlotte NC 9 months- hybrid onsite • Requirements: • Proven experience (10+ years) in project management, preferably in technology-related projects. • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in data management, information security, and vendor management is highly desirable. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. • Project Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan outlining tasks, dependencies, and timelines. • Work Stream Management: Coordinate multiple work streams, including structured and unstructured data partitioning, access management, data conversions and migration. • Timeline Management: Monitor project timelines closely, identify potential delays or bottlenecks, and take proactive measures to keep the project on track. • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues as they arise to minimize impact on project deliverables. • Resource Allocation: Coordinate resources effectively to ensure adequate support for each work stream, optimizing productivity and efficiency. • Information Security Review: Facilitate information security review meetings to assess and address security risks associated. • Vendor Management: Work closely with external vendors and contractors to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
