SQL Server Database Administrator

We are seeking a Sr. SQL Server DBA to lead multiple infrastructure planning and implementations, from a SQL Server Perspective, including but not limited to, instance strategy, technical platform selection, architecture design, backup and recovery strategy as well as replication options. The Sr. DBA needs to be able to help choose the most efficient and cost-effective solution for the following cloud options: IaaS, DBaaS, or a hybrid architecture. Required Experience (5+ years): 7+ years of SQL Server Administration experience in an enterprise environment with multiple database servers. Experience supporting Logical DBA activities. Experience with SaaS, IaaS and DBaaS. Experience with Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO), using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools. Experience with backups, restores and recovery models. Experience with incident and problem queue management. Knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server. Experience working with Windows server, including Active Directory. Experience with scripting. Experience in SSIS, SSRS, T-SQL. Experience with IaaS and DBaaS. Experience complex query tuning and schema refinement.
