We are looking for a payroll assistant/ accountant with a background in the industrial or mechanical sectors. The Role * Efficiently and accurately handle payroll duties for over 150 employees * Generate reports, manage spreadsheets, and furnish data to the CFO upon request * Administer and update payroll and HR database systems * Conduct audits and manage payroll expenses * Handle Certified Payrolls, Compliance Reporting, and Union reports * Proficiently manage high-volume payroll processing · Managing personnel files, records management · Learn and become proficient in all accounting practices our other offices The Candidate 5 years of payroll experience.
