Siding Estimator

Kavaliro is seeking a Siding Estimator for a top construction firm in Orlando, FL! Responsibilities: Utilize knowledge and expertise in installing Hardie products to accurately estimate siding projects. Estimate costs and quantities of materials required for concrete, block, and frame construction projects. Utilize Bluebeam software for precise and detailed project estimating. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information for accurate estimates. Evaluate project plans and specifications to identify potential issues and propose solutions. Maintain accurate records of estimates, including materials, labor, and other project expenses. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction techniques to ensure accurate and competitive estimates. Requirements: Demonstrated experience in installing Hardie products. Proficiency in concrete, block, and frame estimating. Strong skills in Bluebeam software or similar estimating tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
