Corporate Legal Counsel

We are seeking an experienced attorney with a knack for business and transactions to join the legal team in New Jersey as a senior adviser on critical corporate matters, to spearhead transactions, and to ensure compliance. Your Responsibilities: Advise senior management on legal, corporate, and compliance issues. Drive transactions from start to finish, including due diligence and agreement drafting. Take the lead in managing external legal partnerships and representing our interests in disputes. What We Require: A minimum of 10 years of experience in business law. Outstanding communication and organizational skills. The ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Bonus points for bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish.
