We are looking for an experienced fleet manager with proven skills related to organization and critical thinking. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience and be able to travel between our 6 offices. Compensation, Benefits and Company Culture Salary: $70,000 Health, Dental and Vision insurance Company vehicle and gas card 401k with a 4% company match Company parties and events Company paid all-inclusive tropical vacation Management and growth opportunity Paid Time Off Responsibilities Work with vendors and dealerships to source new vehicles that meet company standards Implement a proactive maintenance schedule for all vehicles to ensure they are in optimal working condition. Track and monitor vehicle performance to ensure up-time service, comebacks, and resolve any issues or delays that may arise Maintain accurate records and documentation related to fleet operations, including fleet logs, fleet software, DOT requirements, vehicle documentation, and employee feedback Maintain accurate records of all vehicles, including mileage, maintenance history, and compliance documentation. Develop and manage the fleet budget, including maintenance costs, fuel expenses, and replacement vehicle acquisitions.
