Pharmacy Technician (Call Center)

Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Pharmacy Technician for a contract opportunity with one of our largest clients located in Detroit, MI! Title: Pharmacy Technician (Call Center) Location: Detroit, MI / Work from Home Role Type: W2 contract engagement Engagement Description This position requires the ability to multitask within a high-volume concierge contact center setting. Top 3 Required Skills/Experience • Ability to process Coverage Determination Requests within CMS Timeframes • Ability to communicate all pharmacy benefits both verbally and written • Ability to have strong attention to detail while multitasking within a high demand environment Required Skills/Experience • Minimum 2 years of experience in Pharmacy Retail, PBM, Hospital, Managed Care • Experience with Microsoft Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access) • Knowledge of prescription drug names, therapeutic classes and claims processing • Knowledge of Privacy Regulations • Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB) preferred The S3 Difference The global mission of S3 is to build trusting relationships and deliver solutions that positively impact our customers, our consultants, and our communities.
