Human Resources Coordinator

L.J Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates as a Human Resources Coordinator with our client based in Congers, NY. In this temp-hire role in a cosmetic manufacturing plant environment, you'll be responsible for the following. Job Duties: Facilitate new hire onboarding process Develop, update and communicate HR policies and procedures Adhere to HR policies and legal requirements Coordinate training programs for employees and managers Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and practices Source candidates, screen resume, and coordinate interviews Act as the point of contact for employee inquires, concerns, and conflict resolution Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 3-5 years experience as a HR Coordinator in a manufacturing environment Bilingual in English/Spanish Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Proficient in Microsoft Office L.J.
