TRS Craft Services has an IMMEDIATE need for experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanics out of the Harrison, OH.
Heavy Equipment Shop Mechanic inspects, repairs, trouble shoots, performs maintenance and assembly of heavy equipment to include:
• Friction & Hydraulic Cranes
• Friction & Hydraulic Winches
• Hydraulic Power Units
• Electrical Diagnostics
• Rigging Equipment
• Repairs will be done on customer's and company owned equipment
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have mechanical aptitude.
Strong analytical skills, able to understand equipment manuals and blueprints.
Two plus years’ experience in repairing heavy equipment.
Background in hydraulics and AC/DC electric.
Welding and/or rigging experience would be a plus.
Experience working on any of the following types of construction equipment: Friction & Hydraulic Cranes, Friction & Hydraulic Winches, Hydraulic Power Units, Electrical Diagnostics, Rigging Equipment would be beneficial.
Requires a professional and customer service demeanor always be displayed.
Able to perform physical requirements of the job, including, but not limited to lifting, climbing, being on your feet for extended amounts of time and working in inclement weather are needed.
As the workload dictates, some overtime (including weekends) will be required.
The selected candidate must supply own basic tools, larger tools provided.
Shift: Days
Pay range: $27 - $30 per hour DOE, to be discussed with Recruiter
