Description:

Purpose of the role


The position of Global Marketing Manager will analyze current and future markets in which the District Photo Companies can expand their business. Specific attention will be given to applications, products, and clients that are not currently served by the company. In addition, focus will be put on promotional and marketing activity used to drive incremental sales. This position will integrate directly with the sales organization to build and maximize client experience.


Key Duties and Responsibilities


Strategy Development: Devise and integrate global marketing strategies across the DPI companies. Key focus will be on oversight and execution of the Tee Launch marketing strategy.

Market Research: Conduct extensive market research to identify global market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.

Product Localization: Collaborating with product development teams to ensure products are adapted and localized appropriately for different markets.

New product Development and Launch: Work alongside key stakeholders to develop B2B and B2C Go to Market strategies for new products lines.

Brand Management: Overseeing global brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all markets while also adapting strategies to suit regional preferences and cultural sensitivities.

Raise Companies Online Profile: Develop and Execute an engaging social media strategy to raise profile of the District Photo Companies.

Campaign Planning and Execution: Planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, such as digital, social media, traditional publicity, and events, to reach target audiences effectively in different regions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with various departments within the organization, including sales, product development, finance, and regional business teams, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution.

Budget Management: Managing marketing budgets for global campaigns and initiatives, optimizing spending to maximize ROI and achieve desired outcomes.

Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Tracking and analyzing the performance of global marketing initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. This involves measuring the effectiveness of campaigns, identifying areas for improvement, and making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.

Stakeholder Communication: Serving as a liaison between headquarters and regional marketing teams, providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure consistency and alignment with global marketing strategies.

Creativity: Create a lean startup mentality of constant experimentation and learning.

Messaging: Continually define value propositions and differentiating position and reflect in marketing strategy.

Requirements:

• Previous work experience as Marketing Manager

• Experience of revenue ownership and successful track record of business expansion and growth.

• Understanding of business planning and project management.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead others through change.

• Excellent emotional intelligence and self-awareness.

• Ability to develop strong relationships, building trust and rapport.

• Solution orientated and excellent negotiation skills and conflict resolution.

• Highly organized

• MBA or similarly relevant graduate degree would be an asset.
