What does a Staffing Specialist/Recruiter do?
- Drive candidate and client satisfaction and loyalty by matching top talent to great work opportunities.
- Recruiting - attract, engage, market, assess and employ candidates.
- Hiring - onboard, coach, discipline, advance and terminate associates.
- Create a strong candidate pipeline through attraction campaigns and digital outreach programs.
- Build relationships with clients to gain clear understanding of their current and future hiring needs to find quality candidates and fill openings quickly.
- Conduct outside customer service calls to prospects and reactivate inactive customer accounts.
- Process applicant and associate records efficiently and accurately in compliance with HR regulation.
- Compile reports and data from HR systems and databases timely and accurately.
- Likes to have fun, work hard and contribute to the team.

- Regional travel: explore surrounding territories and lead recruiting efforts throughout your community.
- 1-3 years of recruiting, human resources and customer service experience; sales experience a plus.
- Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Strong computer (MS Office) and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Great customer service skills.
- Team player.
- Positive attitude with an "own the role" mentality.
