What does a Staffing Specialist/Recruiter do?

  • Drive candidate and client satisfaction and loyalty by matching top talent to great work opportunities. 
  • Recruiting - attract, engage, market, assess and employ candidates.
  • Hiring - onboard, coach, discipline, advance and terminate associates.
  • Create a strong candidate pipeline through attraction campaigns and digital outreach programs.
  • Build relationships with clients to gain clear understanding of their current and future hiring needs to find quality candidates and fill openings quickly.
  • Conduct outside customer service calls to prospects and reactivate inactive customer accounts.
  • Process applicant and associate records efficiently and accurately in compliance with HR regulation.
  • Compile reports and data from HR systems and databases timely and accurately.
  • Likes to have fun, work hard and contribute to the team.

Do you have what it takes? We are looking for:
  • 1-3 years of recruiting, human resources and customer service experience; sales experience a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Strong computer (MS Office) and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Great customer service skills. 
  • Team player.
  • Positive attitude with an "own the role" mentality.
