Payrate: $23.00 per hour
Location: Flower Mound, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

What’s a typical day as a Senior Sales Support Representative? You’ll be:

Generating and analyzing team huddle metrics to ensure compliance with service level agreements
Collecting cross-functional feedback, relaying it to the team, and devising a plan for improvement
Maintaining the Mobile Inventory, Van, and consignment orders
Participating in third-party purchase order processing and invoicing
Utilizing CRM and ERP tools for entering and booking orders
Ensuring accuracy as the front line for data entry
Troubleshooting the quoting tool for sales representatives
Identifying and updating incorrect information in the CRM tool
Reviewing and researching incoming parts orders
Assisting in receiving returned products into the Returns inventory
Coordinating shipments and pickups with customers, Project Managers, Sales Representatives, and Tech Support
Providing price and product availability information to customers and sales representatives
Offering product information and technical assistance
Furnishing information on the status of equipment returns, sales orders, delivery schedules, and more
Researching problems or questions for customers and internal teams
Covering front desk processes when the receptionist is absent
Performing other duties as assigned by the manager
