ABOUT THE ROLE

• Communicate team culture and exemplify our core values.
• Develop expert-level product knowledge in cabinetry & countertop offerings available.
• Work closely with the entire Cabinetry team to maximize each account's potential.
• Ability to have tough conversations while still maintaining empathy and respect.
• Work with the Drexel Cabinetry team to help define roles and responsibilities.
• Lead and mentor the Cabinetry Team, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality design output and professional growth.
• Attend and lead weekly Cabinetry tactical meetings.
• Develop workflow efficiencies; autonomy to continue enhancing this role.
• Able to work independently in a deadline-sensitive, fast-paced, and ever changing environment.
• Strong relationship management and influencing skills.
• Must be detail oriented and highly organized.
• Great communication and active listening skills are a must!
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and technologies to enhance client offerings and operational efficiency.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all designs meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.

ABOUT YOUR WORK EXPERIENCE:

It would be great if your experience encompasses these things:

• Experience in sales and/or construction knowledge is a plus. Leadership experience is even better!
• You have used design or related software.
• You are a servant leader who has been a HUGE contributor to the success of an organization.
• You are uniquely you and bring something to the table that no one else can. You have done some great things that don't necessarily fall into the career path above, but that's what makes you cool. Tell us why you would be great for the job anyway!
