This operation role prepares commercial loan documents, reviews documentation, and verifies information and accurate loan documents in the loan application process.

Duties Included:

  • Preparing loan documentation to satisfy note requests
  • Reviewing loan documents for appropriate information
  • Reviewing loan documentation for accuracy
  • Conducting UCC searches and filings
  • Conducting commercial flood searches
  • Ordering Certificates of Good Standing

Skills Needed:

  • Effective time management
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of commercial loan documents preferable
