Shift: 6:30 PM - 2:30 AM

Experience:

• 60 months of Pharmacy experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license in hand at the time of application.

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited school of Pharmacy AND/OR Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) including 1 year residency.

Clinical pharmacy experience, preferred

Dress Code:

• Scrub Color –Caribbean Blue or Business professional.

• Shoes – Closed toe

• Hair Color – Natural

• Nails – Short, no unnatural nails

• Tattoos – non-offensive

Piercings not excessive, no facial piercing Other

Must be able to successfully pass and background and drug screen

Driver’s license required

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
