Medical Front Desk

Currently hiring for a Medical Receptionist for a healthcare organization in Maryland.

This opportunity offers the following:

• No weekends-day shift/ Monday-Friday

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Scheduling patient appointments utilizing the software and handling the phone
• Obtaining pre-authorizations for insurance for patients before them come in for surgeries, appointments, check ups
• Will be calling doctor offices/hospitals for pre-op results
• Will be verifying insurance on a daily basis
• Must be very knowledgeable in insurance companies and the process
• Will be calling doctors clinics to get customer scans

Additional Information:

Monday-Friday 7:30-5PM

Must be CDC Compliant
